I can’t imagine my life without Skype. It is a great tool for business and definitely, a must-have. Skype allows you to chat, make voice calls and video calls overseas and that to be free. It can be used for internal office chats and video conferencing with clients. Not only this it also allows you to share your screen while on call for training purpose, share files, images and really cool emojis. It’s a complete package for me and I am sure you will love it too.
Teamviewer is a great concept. It can be used to provide remote training in business and you can literally access other’s computers. It provides a unique id to each user which can be shared, in order to access the computer. Apart from the ID you also need to share the password to be able to do so. So it has a password refresh button that generates a new password for your ID after every use. So, to revoke other’s access to your computer once your session is done don’t forget to hit refresh button. Skype allows screen sharing but Teamviewer allows you to work on other computers like you are working on your own with ease.
