It is basically a freelancing website where you can find endless talent to get your job done. Being in business comes with so much work and sometimes you need an extra hand to do tiny bits for you, so you can focus on major areas of business. This is where this website comes handy where you can hire freelancers to get your job done.

HootSuite is a social media scheduling website where you can schedule your content in advance to get it posted to your social media accounts at the custom time and date selected. Not everyone can manage to sit every day to post content on social media. So, whenever you get time, HootSuite allows you to schedule posts in bulk. It allows posting on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. It has free as well as the paid program available where of course free program comes with limitations.

The most popular platform to generate awesome graphics. Canva is a user-friendly interface where you don’t really need to be an expert with photo editing skills. Canva does it all for you, you just need to select backgrounds, images, layouts, etc to customize it as per your requirement. It also has some pre-defined templates for Facebook post images, cover images, Twitter cover images, advertisement and so much more to make your job easy.

Pexels is my all-time favorite. This is a website where you can find so many royalty-free images to choose from. Not only images, but it also gets you to access royalty-free short videos that you can use on your blog or business website.

Online presence is a must-have for business in this generation. Studies have proved that a business that has an online presence tends to grow more quickly as compared to the business that is not available online.

Missinglettr is all about promoting your content. You just need to add your website and let them do the work for you. Basically, it monitors your website closely and creates a new campaign for your social media accounts, whenever you add new content to your website. As soon as it tracks new content, it creates a 12-month campaign for the same and notifies you to review and approve the campaign.

I can’t imagine my life without Skype.  It is a great tool for business and definitely, a must-have. Skype allows you to chat, make voice calls and video calls overseas and that to be free. It can be used for internal office chats and video conferencing with clients. Not only this it also allows you to share your screen while on call for training purpose, share files, images and really cool emojis. It’s a complete package for me and I am sure you will love it too.

Teamviewer is a great concept. It can be used to provide remote training in business and you can literally access other’s computers. It provides a unique id to each user which can be shared, in order to access the computer. Apart from the ID you also need to share the password to be able to do so. So it has a password refresh button that generates a new password for your ID after every use. So, to revoke other’s access to your computer once your session is done don’t forget to hit refresh button. Skype allows screen sharing but Teamviewer allows you to work on other computers like you are working on your own with ease.

Thank you for stopping by! 🙂
